With over two decades of executive experience, Tom is a recognized leader in manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and strategic innovation. He has a proven history of driving significant business transformations, enhancing shareholder value, and leading high-performance teams to achieve exceptional results in diverse industries. Before Two River, Tom was the executive Director of Policy and Engagement with Emissions Reduction Alberta. Prior to that, he was a Senior Advisor for cleantech, agriculture, defence, manufacturing and supply chain with Prairies Economic Development Canada, and President and CEO of Supply chain Canada - Alberta Institute.
