Who We Are
Two River is a Alberta-based consulting firm led by Tom McCaffery and Keith McDonnell. The two met during their MBA program and became fast friends—and in 2022, business partners. Both veterans of corporate bureaucracy, they wanted something better for Two River and set out simple rules for approaching business:
- Invest in people.
- Don't sell your soul.
With those two simple rules in mind, they set out to make a real difference while working with talented, passionate people.
