Death of an Artist Collection
There Has Never Been A Shortage Of Bad Ideas
Death of an Artist
This was a piece that was almost abandoned at several points because it was taking a great deal of time to form. The paint took a long time to fully cure and during this time the artist felt it was going to be a big hill to climb to the theme developed. The reason it turned was due to the background elements. The flower pattern, the Polaroid, the shelving unit helped to form the thread of the theme. As is the case in this show - the people represent the rest of the message. Look for activities, facial expressions, and messages.
