It Took An Abundance Of Courage To Leap. The Path Only Appeared As I Fell Down

Death of an Artist

Risk is all around us and so are signs. Do we trust our decisions and are we able to see the signs? Some decisions are massive. They have consequences that could change our lives. Some decisions make us sense our mortality. When we are younger there are often more decisions and more paths. As we are older the decisions become larger and have the ability to derail. The images are sparse and each has a meaning: An upright Tower of Pisa, a Woman on a rooftop, a sign protecting itself... I wonder what that means in relation to the colours and the movement of the paint around small outcroppings. I wonder why the paper has holes punched in it. Could it be that our decisions may be written down in many different ways? That a decision may seem straightforward or absolute, but when it is written down it may be misinterpreted by those around us? Those who look at the same piece of paper differently.
